Return & Exchange Policy

We provide detailed measurements for all our garments to help you choose the perfect size. However, if you require a size exchange, you may contact us at info@koakh.in

Size exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery and must be accompanied by the original tote bag, tags, and invoice.

Please note that we do not offer any refund or order cancellation requests.

Exchange Conditions

Please keep the following in mind while requesting a size exchange:

• The garment must be in its original condition-unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from makeup stains, perfume, or any other marks. Garments that are stained, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
• The exchange product must be of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
• Altered or customised outfits are not eligible* for exchange.
• Only the size of the same garment can be exchanged. Changes in style, color, or design are not permitted.

Fabric Quality

At Koakh, we value transparency and stand by what we commit. The fabric composition mentioned on our website accurately reflects the material used in our products.

We value every customer’s concern and, if a laboratory test confirms any discrepancy in the stated fabric composition, we will be happy to process a refund. To ensure fairness and transparency, such claims must be supported by a valid laboratory test report and cannot be processed based solely on personal belief or perception.

We stand by our product, we simply require verification to ensure a fair resolution for everyone.

Please note that during festivals, sale periods, or adverse weather conditions, shipments may experience delays. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will make every effort to have your order delivered as quickly as possible.

All products purchased during the Summer Sale or any promotional sale with a discount of more than 20% are considered Final Sale.

These products are not eligible for any refund, return, or exchange, including size exchanges, under any circumstances. Kindly review the product details, size guide, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
